The Circle (Nurture Group)
What is Nurture Group?
Nurture groups provided a structured and carefully routine timetable while allowing pupils to learn in a small group within a safe and nurturing environment,
It is run by trained staff who encourage the pupils to build their confidence and improve relationships with their peers.
Our aim is to improve pupils’ confidence, behaviour, academic achievement and attendance.
Our Nurture Group is open 4 afternoons a week and children will usually be part of the group for at least 1 term. A Boxall Profile assessment is completed to track progress and support transition back into class full time.
