Mrs Wort is one of the Deputy Headteachers at Wildridings and the Inclusion Manager responsible for overseeing the school’s provision for children with Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND). Mrs Wort works 3 days a week alongside the full time SEND Manager, Mrs Leech, to form the SEND Team at Wildridings.
Mrs Leech is a specialist teacher and holds a Level 7 Diploma for Teaching and assessing children with specific learning difficulties. She is a member of PATOSS and an associate member of the British Dyslexia Association. Mrs Leech works with children with a range of learning differences across the school. Together with Mrs Wort, she supports the teachers and LSAs to ensure they have the essential resources and strategies to best support the individual needs of the children.
